Sonisphere Festival 2009

Sonisphere is a relativley new rock festival held at Knebworth House in Hertfordshire over the August bank holiday. The lineup this year looks crushingly heavy!

Steven Seagal & Thunderbox

14th March 2007 at the Lowry Theatre, Salford. Not quite knowing what to expect as I walked into the Lyric Theatre at Salfords Lowry Theatre I was met by a huge array of people from all walks of life, from the obvious Seagal movie fans, to the middle aged couple who looked like they’d come to see a classical performance and walked through the wrong doors.

International Gypsy Guitar Festival Rundown

The 6th Annual Gypsy Guitar festival was held in Gossington, Gloucestershire on the Friday 28th to Sunday 30th July 2006. We left from Paddington Station and stopped at Bristol Parkway for our scheduled change. We arrived at the remote Cam & Dursley station early friday afternoon in a taxi after our connecting train was cancelled.

Paul Gilbert Interview

We are delighted to introduce a man whos name is synonymous with the electric guitar, Mr Paul Gilbert. Metal guitar virtuoso Paul Gilbert was born November 6, 1966 in Carbondale, IL and raised primarily in Greenburg, PA; Paul became interested in music under the influence of his parents and his Uncle at the age of five. On his 5th birthday, his parents gave him an aluminium toy guitar and amp.
